Your meeting transcripts contain sensitive discussions and decisions. Grapevine encrypts all data at rest using AES-256, stores each customer's data in isolated databases, and is built to match Gather's SOC II Type 2 standards. We never train models on your data.

The Fireflies Connector respects all meeting permissions. Users only see transcripts from meetings they attended or organized, exactly matching your Fireflies access model. Recordings and audio files are never stored; only transcripts are indexed.

Setting up the Fireflies Connector takes less than 10 minutes:

1. Create API key: Get your Fireflies API key (Super Admin recommended for full access)

2. Connect: Go to Integrations in Grapevine and click on Fireflies

3. Authenticate: Paste your API key and click connect

4. Index: Grapevine automatically begins indexing your meeting transcripts

After the initial sync (which progresses backward in time for quick access to recent meetings), Grapevine captures new transcripts every hour.

Note: A Fireflies Super Admin API key is recommended to ensure all team members have access to relevant meeting transcripts through Grapevine.
